The State of Florida has moved to the Statewide Law Enforcement Radio System aka SLERS which is a Harris EDACS ProVoice system with 100% encryption all groups, and ESK on the control channel.
Several counties have moved or are moving to this:
Glades County - Sheriff ONLY!
Okeechobee County - ALL PUBLIC SAFETY! - County paying for additional towers to improve coverage.
Other users include:

Federal agencies
Those with NO PLANS to MOVE:

FL Foresty
There is no purpose or point in listing information on SLERS, its unmonitorable, now and forever due to the encryption. There are plans to change from EDACS to P25, but again 100% ENCRYPTION!
This comes from the highest level! FHP01! They despise and disdain media and public monitoring and oversight of any form!
